SHIPPING

We ship within the UK, and internationally. Some restrictions may apply. All orders will ship out of our South Devon warehouse.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based estimates provided by Royal Mail. Once shipment has been given to the shipper, we no longer control the speed at which it is delivered to you.

NOTE: All orders are made to order. This means, average processing & order fulfilment time is 2-3 business days. (*Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for larger or custom orders, and for orders placed during holidays.) Once your order has been fulfilled it will be shipped. The estimated shipping dates will then apply. All orders will be shipped with Royal Mail. Larger orders will be sent via recorded delivery so will require a signature upon delivery.

ALL SHIPPING IS FREE WITHIN UK! FLAT RATE OF £3.99 FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

RETURNS POLICY

You may initiate a return of new, unused items, within 30 days from your order date, for a full refund, less shipping. We will pay the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (ex: you received an incorrect decal, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

NOTE: Not applicable to custom orders or personalised items, including but not limited to, custom sizes, custom colors, custom text, names, logos, monograms, and signs. Decals that are damaged during installation cannot be returned. A replacement decal may be ordered at a discount at the discretion of Truevis.co.uk.
